I was installing it manually from the plugin's webpage, but yes, I have installed the latest version from there. I didn't see it in the plugin list before but for some reason it showed up there now in the Recommended 3rd Party plugins section. After a manual removal from the server's plugins folder and another couple of restarts, it showed up in that list and now it appears to be working properly again. Thanks for the suggestion - I thought I had tried that before.
