Yes we could do that, to avoid the cache filling but it will result in
people being confused that their playlist is not all shown in the list
etc.  So I am going to try to expand the cache size as that seems to
work - only expense is memory and a bit more cpu, but I don't think
that is an issue for a server solution with requires the server to run
on an intel processor (would be different for an embedded device)
