CustomScan is still scanning (after a wipe of the rating tag) but I was curios so I looked at a track that must have been scanned already. That track had a 4.5 rating and that was now translated to 5/100 (before a 4.5 rating was translated to 4/100).
This seems to indicate that the code is not perfect yet.
