If you are talking about the Music Folder browse menu it doesn't
support the multi library concept. If configured correctly, you should
get a browse menu for each library which contains sub menus for
"Artists", "Albums", "Genres", "Years" and the other menus you have
checked when configuring the library in the Multi Library plugin
interface.
To verify that the library configuration is correct, you can look in
the Multi Library web interface and see if "Number of songs" indication
between each library is correct.

Default iPeng buttons works towards the whole library, not the sub
libraries defined in the Multi Library plugin. If I remember correctly,
I think you can configure iPeng and replace the bottom toolbar buttons
with the corresponding menus from the Multi Library plugin. This is
done by going to "More" and then hitting the "Edit" button in iPeng and
drag/drop icons to the toolbar. If I remember correctly, this is only
possible for top level Custom Browse menus. So to show the relevant
icons, you might need to goto the Custom Browse settings page and enter
the "Enabled menus" section and check the "Show in browse and home menu"
option for the relevant menus. You probably also want to adjust the
names for these menus calling them "AlbumsA" and "AlbumsB" to be able
to see the difference in iPeng when dragging them to the toolbar. The
menu names are changed in the Custom Browse settings section called
"Manage menus".
However, if using iPeng I think you are going to have a problem. I
don't think it's possible to select the active library through the
iPeng interface, I never got around to implement that. You will have to
configure one toolbar icon to work towards MusicA Albums and another one
to works towards MusicB Albums, due to this you will only be able to
have 2 toolbar buttons per library. An alternative to this would be to
just add the top level "Libraries" menu to the iPeng toolbar.
Theoretically, it would be possible to enhance the Multi Library plugin
so it was possible to select the active library through iPeng. When this
functionality exists, it's possible to manually configure Albums,
Artists, Genres, Years menus in Custom Browse so a menu only shows
music from the active library. However, as mentioned above, currently
you can only select the active library through the web interface or
through a Boom, Transporter, Classic player so I don't think this will
work for you if iPeng is your main controller.
Multi Library plugin is a bit of a hack due to limited integration
possibilities in Squeezebox Server and it currently doesn't work very
good together with the Touch, Radio and Controller due to some bugs and
limitations in the Squeezebox Server software. Logitech had some plans
to implement support for multiple libraries in the core product, so
until they give us some more information about these plans I'm not sure
it's worth adding more features to the current Multi Library plugin.
However, if you really want the "active libraries" concept, give it a
try and temporarily change active library through the web interface and
let me know if you are satisfied with the functionality. If you are
satisfied with it, I can take a look if it would be possible to do some
simple addition to make it possible to select active library through
iPeng.
