Ok, Triode just reminded me of an issue that could cause missing "Add Next" entries for some context menus in Apps that you put into the home menu (as opposed to opening them through "My Apps"). Oh, and in Spotify.
Could this be the issue? If yes, it will hopefully be fixed in the next release.
