Firstly, to me full MusicIP import is not really worth the effort as it introduces errors. Set it to just read the mixable status of songs.
It's good that you've achived the musicip analysis to tags. This means you can wipe the cache in musicip without worrying about getting it back easily. I think somewhere on settings it tells you where it is stored. Can't remember now where exactly but can check if you can't find it. You can simply delete the file (while musicip is closed). MusicIP should recreate it. Make sure MusicIP isn't looking at the old playlist folder either. Could also be that your playlists are still pointing to the old file locations. You can edit most playlists in a text editor to fix this.
