Well, I only wrote Whitebear to work with files on the PC it is running on. I guess that the reason why it does not work on remote shared drives is something to do with UNC path names. I only tested it on local folders which have a drive letter... So, one possible (interim) solution could be to map your UNC drive on to a local drive letter. But, you would have to make sure that your SBS library is also configured to use the mapped drive letter instead of the UNC path.
