As for my problem: I have just installed SqueezeBox Server on my NAS (Synology DS710+). It's running perfectly well in combination with my SqueezeBox Duet playing MP3's from my collection. I have gone to the plug-ins section and installed your plugin. However it fails to start. The SqueezeBox Server log message is as follows: [10-09-26 15:42:18.1414] main::init (323) Starting Squeezebox Server (v7.5.0, r30464, Thu Apr 1 06:28:42 MDT 2010) perl 5.008006 [10-09-26 15:42:22.2190] Plugins::Spotify::Spotifyd::startD (21) unable to find helper app The NAS is an Intel processor. To be exact, it's as follows: processor : 0 vendor_id : GenuineIntel cpu family : 6 model : 28 model name : Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU K410 @ 1.66GHz stepping : 10 cpu MHz : 1662.235 AND UNAME: Linux DS 2.6.32.12 #1337 SMP Tue Sep 21 15:01:34 CST 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux synology_x86_710+ This indicates to me it's 64bit, however I understood from your post on the main page that your plugin should work with 64bit too. Where should I go from here to fix my issues? Should I download the 64bit libspotify specifically from Spotify.com or are my issues somewhere else?
