Looking at this, the current version of the spotify library does not not give me information to be able to show any more details than I currently show as far as playlists are concerned - features have been added to the desktop client, but there has been no addition to the public version of libspotify. Unfortunately this means I can't show any more details for other's playlists at present. Regarding local tracks in playlists. I think this is also a libspotify restriction. I am currently checking a track is_loaded and is_available before including it in the playlist, however it shounds like your local tracks are returning true for both of these.
