No, I do not edit the muso database, just sync it with SBS. 

A re-sync with SBS is really fast so as far as I am concerned it could
be done at startup. The issue is that I keep my PC and muso up and
running for days, hence the request for automatic re-sync when changes
in the SBS database are detected.
