Did you install the 2.03 version manually by downloading and unzipping
the zip file or through the plugins tab ?
If you did it manually, you will need to remove your manually installed
plugin before any upgrades will appear in the plugins tab.
By the way, you shouldn't have to add the repository manually, it
should be enough to just check the "Show all 3rd party plugins"
checkbox in the Plugins tab.
The latest version of SugarCube in the repository is 2.65, there might
be newer versions available as I think cparker have a repository which
is only available to people who have sent him a donation but I'm not
completely sure.
