If you restarted or even reinstalled the app there are two possible
causes left.

1. Virus scanner. Try to temporarily disable it and see whether it
helps (note: you have to restart iPeng or use "Settings->iPeng
Setting->Flush Cache" to make iPeng start loading the cache again). If
yes, you can fix the problem by excluding "*.MYI" files from scanning.

2. You have an artist with illegal characters in the name. Note:
Foreign language characters should _not_ be illegal. In this case you
have to find the file with the erroneous tag and fix it or delete it
and rescan your library.
