But I did also find a problem with my plugin - somehow I'd corrupted the file from my local SVN store - it had some iffy character encoding (perhaps due to a messed up install of the latest TortoiseSVN version, which I have fixed). When I find time, I'll try removing the isRemote method to see if the change is actually required.
