The general principle is:
1. Create a TrackStat backup through its setting pages in the old
installation
2. Specify the full path to the backup file in the TrackStat settings
page in the new installation and select to restore it after you have
performed a full rescan.

However, there are some things that could cause issues:
1. Unless you have tagged your music with musicbrainz id tags, the path
to the music files needs to be exactly the same. If you have musicbrainz
id tags, the above process should just work.
2. If you have different paths in old/new installation there are two
solutions:
- Edit the paths in the backup file in a text editor before you restore
it, so it matches the new paths
- Use the built-in functionality in TrackStat restore that's able to
find the files as long as only the beginning of the path is changed.
This functionality is activated by the "Find alternative files" option
in TrackStat, this functionality it can slow down the restore operation
significantly if you have a large library, so be prepared to wait. In a
large library, we can even talk about a few days if the reports I've
got from some users is correct.

Since you have the option, just make sure to keep the old installation
until you know the data has been successfully transferred.

Also note that the restore operation is executing in the background,
there will be an entry in the server log when it's finished.
