That's because it leaves your shuffle setting as it is. If your
Squeezebox is set to "shuffle" it will play the album shuffled, if not,
it will play it straight (when using the cover or the context menu).
This is the Squeezebox' default behavior, not iPeng's
You can change the shuffle setting on the NowPlaying overlay that you
get if you tap the big cover on NowPlaying.

iPeng does NOT play albums shuffled by default. As opposed to the
Sueezebox which always leaves the setting as it is, iPeng will even
explicitly turn shuffle OFF if you tap a track (which is the default
play action on pretty much any system I know). That's why the "play
shuffled" option is there in addition to this.
It's the same behavior as on the iPhone (in the iPod App).

As I said: it IS the default :)
What I will try to do is rearrange the screen so that it's hopefully
more obvious that "play shuffled" is just an additional feature.

In short: Just leave your settings alone as they were when you got
iPeng and your Sueezebox, tap a track and it will play your album
straight. That's iPeng's default behavior.
