As opposed to the Sueezebox which always leaves the setting as it is, iPeng will even explicitly turn shuffle OFF if you tap a track (which is the default play action on pretty much any system I know). That's why the "play shuffled" option is there in addition to this. In short: Just leave your settings alone as they were when you got iPeng and your Sueezebox, tap a track and it will play your album straight.
