I've experienced the 'Identified by name only' before and in one
instance found that the actual track was not the same as the title.
This occured with on a mispressed CD where every other track was
mistitled (this was with Flac tagging) - note the titles related to
real tracks and so could be found in the MusicIP DB. Once I applied
correct titles to correct tracks and reanalysed the problem went away.

In a second instance I had this problem on tracks for which I could not
determine any obvious fault. If I remember correctly I reset the status
to 'Unanalysed' and then ran anaysis again and it analysed the track
successfully.

Lastly, in the last week I acquired and analysed the new Clapton album
without any issues so can only suggest that you reset the status and
try analysing again if you have not already tried this approach. It
certainly cannot be an issue with the MusicIP DB as I am sure I am not
the only one to have successfully analysed this CD.

Good Luck
