If it's in the database, you can do dynamic playlists using Dynamic
Playlist and SQL Playlist plugins. I think you need to write the SQL
manually because I don't think there any template available in SQL
Playlist which is ready for use and provides this kind of filtering.
For browse menus, you can do the same thing using Custom Browse and
possibly Multi Library plugin. Custom Browse have a template for bit
rate but I believe that isn't exactly what you want here ?
As far as I know, it's not possible to add extra fields to the search
dialog in the web interface, so searching will be hard. You would
basically have to implement a third party plugin that provided its own
search dialog.
