If you want to stream from Mac to Squeezebox, all that you would need is
a little HTTP-server which would publish the stream for anyone to
download (sorta what AirFoil is doing - but I think they use a custom
protocol). 

Then on Squeezebox-Server in the Web-UI I think you could use the
'Tune-In' Feature under Internet Radio, which would connect to your own
'Mac Internetradio'.

But what do you want to stream from Mac to SqueezeBox (you wrote, that
many users requested it) ?
I always though it would be the other way round -> stream Squeezebox
content to AirPlay devices.
