ok, done a full a-v scan which has shown nothing. Changed Helper App port to 9010, done a full cold reboot and still get the 'Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)' message referring to spotifyd.exe Nothing is being written to the Helper App log (still contains info from when it last worked) - can you tell me how I can get some more debug info?
