I am getting the exact same issue that esbrewer described. Manually moving the files didn't work. The process falls over as soon as you try to modify the "File Types" in the advanced settings of Squeezebox server. FYI I am running 10.6.4, running Squeezebox Server 7.5.2 and mono 2.8.2. Have you found a solution to the problem?
