Have you done anything special to hide the album and artist information
in the standard menus ?
When I configure the same title format in my setup, the standard menus
looks the same as your Custom Browse versions.
The logic in Custom Browse (and also in standard SBS as far as I can
see), is that ALBUM and ARTIST are always displayed at the end unless
they are part of the title format.
