Bringing up the context menu works exactly as it did before.  Tapping
on "Album" brings up all the tracks and tapping the first track begins
playback.  So getting rid of the M3U file didn't change a thing.

Over on the Ripping/Tagging forum I asked if anybody knew if these
album playlist m3u files were used for anything.  A couple folks,
JJZolx and Mnyb, feel that they are not used and can be deleted.
