Triode, This may be an OT subject so please feel free to tell me if it is. Firstly though, forget my earlier post with error messages, it seems to have cleared itself up and is now working fine, for reasons unknown to me!
My question relates to an application I am using which accesses SB data via the command line interface (actually I am integrating SB into a Crestron home automation environment, building my own GUIs on touchpanels). For the entire SB environment (ie using my own music, Internet Radio, Rhapsody etc), the CLI is giving me the correct data in the correct fields, ie for each SB App/Radio station etc, I get Artist, Album, Genre, Playing Time, cover art URL etc etc in the fields I expect, it is consistent. With the Spotify plugin I am getting data in fields I don't expect; for example I am looking it at right now, playing Message in a Bottle by the Police and seeing "Regatta de Blanc" (ie Album) in Current_Cover_URL and "Message in a Bottle" in Current_Artist. Cover URL is appearing in my "Current_Song_Duration" field. I could go on. If I switch to, for example, Rhapsody, everything appears where I expect it. Is this something you are in a position to be able to control and if so, when you have time to take a look at? I am more than happy to provide you with more information if necessary.
