I don't think the Public Radio Fan plugin has been maintained for a few years. Some options to consider, although they don't quite offer publicradiofan style browsing are:
- The built-in Radiotime support has quite good NPR listings. In fact, a year or 2 ago, the guy who owns publicradiofan.com was on the Radiotime Board of Advisors and Radiotime was receiving NPR program data from him.
