I didn't realize there were two locations for Edmonton (Edmonton-CAXX0126, and Edmonton International-CAXX0567 ). If you go to the Edmonton International page, you'll see there's currently a snowfall warning for tomorrow (less than 1 inch...not sure how that's a snowfall warning...but whatever), so that is the same problem I had. I've attached my modified Plugin.pm file for reference. Hope it helps.
