Not that simple I'm afraid... The plugin can play streams which use Flash to play them over the rtmp protocol. However it will only work if the parameters for the stream are easily extracted (needs to be done per provider as they all do it differently) and the provider must not have enabled any of the features of flash designed to avoid non Adobe clients receiving the stream.
