As said, the Custom Clock is an applet and it's installed in the
Radio/Touch/Controller menus by going to "Settings/Advanced/Applet
Installer". You need to also uncheck the "Recommended Applet Only"
option in the Applet Installer menu to make it appear.

To do your own configuration and not just use one of the predefined
clock styles, you need to also install "Custom Clock Help" in the
Plugins tab in SBS web interface.
