Restarting the server done nothing. So as I thinked a file was missing in the server and I have done this:
Web Interface Advanced Custom Browse Manage Menu Create new menu Download more menu and here I have downloaded the "Albums" (Albums menu that works the same way as the standard slimserver albums menu) Then when I came back on Custom Browse/Manage Menu all my blank menu(without title) have disapear. So I don't know how this "Albums" template was missing but in reinstalling it resolved my problem.
