Nope.
There is not really something to "fix", it's a feature. It's just not
present on iPad because there you have to sometimes hit the cover for
actions other than playing an album.
A lot of people actually have been requesting this feature for iPad,
too, btw, so it's really a question of perspective.

It's extremely unusual to not have a playlist ever on the Squeezebox.

It should only re-request one page.
That's needed because otherwise iPeng can't know whether there might
have been changes to the database while iPeng was in the background.
Also, iPeng frees up a lot of memory when in the background to be a
good iOS citizen and not to be quit by iOS too early.

I believe iPeng overrides the bitrate limiting for itself. The reason
is to allow for the use of bitrate limiting with 3G.
I will improve this in one of the next versions but it will be a bit of
work.
