I take it I'm SOL on the old data then, right? I'm afraid so, if you neither have a backup of the SBS database nor the TrackStat data it sounds like your data is gone. You could check if you have a tracks_persistent.json file in the prefs directory from the old installation, that should contain the rating information from SBS, but I suspect you didn't have this because then SBS should restore it automatically at startup as I've understood it.
