YOu need to configure the directory where it should store the
configuration in the Multi Library settings page. It's a good idea to
point it to an empty directory. The error message is a bit confusing
because the parameter in the settings page is called "Library
directory". I think you might need to restart Squeezebox Server after
you have changed the directory configuration.
