the path is not 100% correct, 'music' is a single folder, not two. HEre's how I fixed it....the directory path in SBS needs to be different than in CustomScan. Here's how it is set now and it works:
Music Directory: /Volumes/External 1/iTunes Media External/Music Custom Scan directory: /Volumes/External 1/iTunes Media External If I leave the CustomScan path blank, (default to SBS directory path), it doesn't work either.
