I can't figure out what is wrong with my albumartist tags. I have a 3 albums. Below you can see relevant tags for those 3 albums:
album: Waltz For Debby artist: Monica Zetterlund with Bill Evans album artist: Monica Zetterlund;Bill Evans albumartistsort: Zetterlund, Monica album: The Greatest!! (Count Basie Plays Joe Williams Sings Standards) artist: Count Basie with Joe Williams album artist: Count Basie;Joe Williams albumartistsort: Basie, Count album: The Complete Tony Bennett/Bill Evans Recordings artist: Tony Bennett & Bill Evans album artist: Tony Bennett;Bill Evans albumartistsort: Bennett, Tony I use iPeng for iPad to control my music. In artist menu I can see correctly all artists: Count Basie Tony Bennett Bill Evans Joe Williams Monica Zetterlund When I go to all albums menu inside artist menu I can see this: The Greatest!! (Count Basie Plays Joe Williams Sings Standards) Count Basie --sorted under letter B (like Basie) The Complete Tony Bennett/Bill Evans Recordings Bill Evans --sorted under letter B (like Bennett) Waltz For Debby Monica Zetterlund --sorted under letter Z (like Zetterlund) I really cannot understand why the album artist for the Tony Bennet/Bill Evans albums is Bill Evans and not Tony Bennett. Changing the artistalbum tag (for example) as "Tony Bennett;Elvis Presley" solves the problem (so the album artist in menu changed to Tony Bennett. But if I changed it back to "Tony Bennett;Bill Evans" (or "Bill Evans;Tony Bennett") the artist is again Bill Evans. Any ideas?
