Just had a similar problem and found that if you select the tracks you wish to re-analyse in the GUI, right click and select the option 'Delete From Library'. When the dialog pops up just hit OK, be sure not to select the delete from disk option. Restart the MusicIP GUI and your scan list should now reshow the affected tracks and re-analyse them.
