After a lot of fooling around, I've got it working. Still have some issues to iron out (only mp3 is working now, can't get FLAC or WAV to work), and there's like a 25-30 second delay.
If there's interest, I'll post instructions once I get things finalized. The plugin itself is 99% bpa's work (I've just changed the custom-convert.conf), and I believe he's already given permission for it to be posted. Using AirServer, along with this plugin, means I can stream practically anything from my iDevice to my Squeezeboxes.
