Well it is quite strait forward, in the plugins menu of the web interface it says that it failed to load. So i checked if the mhcpan was still unpacked in the sq server plugins folder. Yes it is, there is also the unpacked folder of biography 2.9.4. Re-installing the plugin and a reboot gives the same message, plugin failed to load.
Aha, but then i deleted the 2.9.4 folder that was in there. Sure enough it loaded fine and is up and running again! Thank you for the super plugins Biography and Album review.
