I just verified that a non-premium XM streaming account works with the
XM URLs. Robert - what do you think about adding XM support to the
plugin?

Authenticates and sets the cookies:
"www.xmradio.com/player/login/xmlogin.action?playerToLaunch=XM&encryptPassword=false&userName=user&password=password"

Opens the direct WMA stream link for the selected channel:
"www.xmradio.com/player/listen/play.action?channelKey=100&newBitRate=low"
