Hi Guys,

CURRENT SITUATION
I currently have a SB3 and an amplifier which does NOT have a 12v
trigger.

Unfortunately its an ancient Yamaha and the IR Blaster doesn't seem to
pick up its frequencies either.

The amp is turned on by one of those push switch power buttons. (ie the
button completes the circuit ONLY whilst its pressed).

PROPOSED SOLUTION

I will use PowerSwitch II's 3v output to trigger a transistor (or solid
state relay) that will be wired in parallel to the Amp's INTERNAL power
switch.

I have no problem figuring this part of it out. However, the problem
here is that the way PowerSwitchII works (ie continuously outputting
HIGH when the SB3 is on, and LOW when its off) ?might? damage my amp in
the long run, given that this will be like keeping the power
click-switch continuously depressed. Therefore...

NEED HELP WITH

I need to know if its possible to change the PowerSwitchII code to just
PULSE ONE TIME (for about a second) when the SB3 turns on, and then stay
low after that. And then go high once again (just for a second) when its
just been turned off.

I had written to Felix for help, he did reply, but is busy -- so
hopefully i'll get some help here!

I WAS HOPING IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO CHANGE A LINE OF CODE, PERHAPS
THIS ONE :

> # On means: hightime = 1; lowtime = 1; modulation = 1
        my $ircode = &IRBlastPulse( 1, 1, 1);

Here's a diagram explaining what i'm hoping for :

Thanks a lot for your time!
