Thanks for the pointers. After shutting the server down once again and walking away for a while, I came back, loaded it up, and the plugin was displayed and installed. I did reenable the Logitech Spotify plugin. My issue with the Spotify menu item on the Boom was I went into the menu settings for the Boom on the web interface and had originally added the Logitech Spotify plugin accidentally. Switched it to yours, so it's on the main menu and working great!
Confirmed working: US Spotify account on Squeezebox Boom connected to Mac running 7.5.5 One minor issue: Starred Item playlist does not appear to work. If I select it, the Boom's progress indicator spins for over a minute till a Spotify Error: timeout comes up.
