I just bought a premium account, and triode's plugin works very well. A couple of worrisome moments until I opened my firewall for the helper app, and checked the security advanced settings to allow other IP's in.
Sound quality seems noticeably better than Napster, and the music selection better as well. The thing I will explore is coverage of back catalog jazz and the depth of its classical collection.
