As of yesterday I have had problems with my squeezebox spotify plugin.

The problem is that i only get to hear short bits of the songs before
it starts to rebuffer. This happens a couple of times and then it
simply changes song and tries again.

My ordinary computers spotify is working gapless, without stutter.

I have searched this forum without finding anything similar but it's a
bit tricky since there is a lot of discussions going on here and I
haven't actually read all 274 pages in this thread. =) My apologies if
the answer is out there.

The number of relogins is constantly growing so this part of the log
looks interesting,

[13:19:59.826019] _streambuf_canwrite:278 player: 0 can't write error:

I tried upgrading to 1.4.4 to solve the problem but without success.

I have to tell you that my setup is kindof weird but it has been
working flawlessly up till now. My problem was that my server has two
network cards, one for the internal network and one for the external. I
also have a router that directs traffic from the internal network to the
internet. This means that without modding the plugin the radios would
try to reach the server via the internet hitting the firewall on the
servers outside. Simply opening up the firewall didn't work since i
also got other connection issues. My sollution was to modify
ProtocolHandler.pm to connect to the internal ip of the server instead
of asking for the ip of the server. I thus hardcoded the internal ip of
the server instead of calling "Slim::Utils::Network::serverAddr();". I
tell you this in case it can have something to do with my new issue.
