I have installed the Wimp plugin, and in general am quite satisfied - the user interface surely could be improved, but I enjoy having on-line access to all Wimp's music.
But sometimes Wimp will not play. Nothing peculiar is to be seen on the web server (see attached screen shot), and I can play all other music on my Squeezebox receiver. But if I pick an album through Wimp and try to play it, the interface just seems to skip very quickly through the tracks (appears to play the first few seconds of the first track, and a few seconds of one or two more tracks), and nothing is to be heard. The log files on the server give no hints, and restarting the Squeezebox server program does not help. I run server version 7.5.5-1, Wimp version 1.2 on a Linux machine. Any suggestions?
