Can you try removing SrvrPowerCtrl, rebooting your server, suspending (I don't know what OS you're using, but either from the GUI or the command line), waking the system from the Touch and finally playing the internet radio stream. See if this problem persists when there's absolutely no chance of any SrvrPowerCtrl involvement.
