Since you use iPeng, you must have an iThing. What I do is open the Spotify app on my iPod or iPad and save the album there. Then when you go to Spotify > Playlists from your Squeeze menus, it should show up after a few seconds. You may need to start at the main Spotify menu to have it refresh the playlists.
