Well, you know about that region issue I had with my German Spotify account. Right now I have a lot of issues I generate myself when trying out playlists and stuff from the web. Spotify themselves are very inconsistent here. On their Facebook page, for example, the post playlists from all kind of regions which usually will only play in one of them.
