Yes, in fact this is already in there as a command-line parameter: 1. Create a shortcut to Moose.exe 2. RIght-click on the shortcut and select properties 3. In the Target editable control, after the Moose.exe bit add a space, then a minus sign, then the word library 4. Use this shortcut to launch moose. The -library opens the library window on startup. Since the library window remembers previously used library-tab, if you open the cover-chooser then close down moose it'll start up next time with the cover chooser open. If the library was docked in the now playing window, it'll open again docked.
