This is something that I am having trouble believing! Please someone
tell me it isn't true...if it is true, it's the funniest JOKE I have
heard in a long time!

After having issues(as others have experienced)with the Sirius paid
Premium service for about 3 1/2 weeks (consistent message stating: the
"stream stopped...you are no longer authorized to listen"), I decided
to call Sirius Radio customer service and in order to make this part of
my story short, she said that she reset my radio and it wouldn't happen
again...but if it did I should call back. Well, it did happen even as I
was talking to her. She said she'd place me to a technician who after 15
minutes had not answered.
I then called Logitech and the tech told me this....:

"In the past,Sirius had an automatic stream stoppage after 40 minutes
just to keep the bandwidth from overloading (I had heard this
previously for 90 minutes but not 40), BUT recently Sirius has a NEW
POLICY...and this IS the punch line: Instead of having the stopped
stream every 40 minutes (which is in itself a joke), they have now
instituted a stopped stream policy every 10-15 minutes."
I am a very positive supportive person but that is the biggest joke I
have heard. Please someone tell me it isn't true...so, if you listen to
music on Symphony Hall or Sinatra in your listening room, be prepared to
push the play arrow every 10-15 minutes and to similarly have an abrupt
stoppage to your music . This cannot be true and the tech must have
something wrong. For $13.00 a month for a so-called
?premium? subscription it is the craziest thing I have heard and if it
is true then I have lost all respect for Sirius/XM radio and even though
I liked Sirus Internet Radio early-on, I plan on cancelling real soon if
it is true.

Can Anyone clarify ???
