Yes, that's because if you don't actually play something in iPeng it will now reset the volume level to where it was before you started/entered iPeng. Some people were having issues that the volume level was changed by iPeng (iPeng uses the server controlled volume level for playback) and left that way when exited, e.g. The volume was completely off before and at 100% afterwards e.g. When using a dock.
