If you haven't done so already, browse to My Music/Albums just before
you enter the Custom Clock settings menu to make sure your Touch isn't
connected to mysqueezebox.com.

If it still doesn't work, you can try to install "Custom Clock Helper"
plugin in the SBS, it shouldn't be required but maybe there is a bug
somewhere there too.
