FYI, I'm not totally sold on this store/retrieve volume feature. Besides the speaker icon spawning from nowhere (I can live with that, in fact it might be better than no hint at all), I hear Coolio sometimes nudges the volume up or down on my amps on its own. I use IR blaster, on one of my amps, a single step up or down makes a noticeable difference. Sometimes I have to undo.
Note: I don't remember having an issue with the way things were before, hence a mild appreciation.
